Rev. Eric L. Davis, Sr., is the Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Tampa, Florida.  He was elected as the 8th Pastor of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist on the 1st Sunday of March 2020.

The chronicles of his ministry began on the 21st of May 2000 at St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, in Tampa Florida under the tutorage of the Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks.  Where he was licensed as a minister to preach the Gospel.

Rev. Davis served as assistant pastor under, the Rev. Dr. Fleming Tarver, Senior Pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Clearwater Florida; and was ordained earned the Degree of Theology from Florida Seminary and Bible College with the support of the St. John Missionary Baptist church from the past to the present.

Reverend Davis works with various community organizations throughout Hillsborough, Manatee, and Pinellas counties.  These organizations are making a positive difference on the Local, State, and National levels. He is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, and serves as a member of many civic and alumni organizations.

The most important and precious element in Senior Pastor Eric L. Davis, Sr life is being a servant of God, serving God’s people, preaching, and teaching God’s Word until Jesus Christ returns for His church.
